Frequently asked questions
- How do I report a bug?
- Use the form below and select “Bug report”. Include the game or app name, your device (iOS/Android) and OS version, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. Screenshots help us fix issues faster.
- How do I request a refund?
- Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases must be requested through Apple or Google. Open your purchase history in the store app and follow their refund process. We cannot process store refunds directly.
- I lost my game progress. Can you restore it?
- If your game supports cloud save and you were signed in, try logging in again on the same account. Not all of our games sync progress to the cloud. Contact us with your player ID or account details and we'll see what we can do.
- Do you offer custom development for clients?
- No. Mydle Studio only develops and publishes its own games and apps. We do not take agency or freelance projects through this website.
