Terms of Use

The Services are provided by Mydle Studio, an independent game and app studio based in Istanbul, Turkey. We develop, publish, and operate our own games and mobile applications under the Mydle Studio brand. We do not offer custom development or agency services for third parties through this website.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you are under the age required in your country to consent on your own, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Some of our games or apps may have additional age requirements set by app stores or applicable law. You are responsible for complying with those requirements.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our website and to download and use our games and apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services or any part of them, except where expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.

Certain games or apps may allow you to create an account, earn virtual currency, or purchase in-app content. Accounts and virtual items have no real-world monetary value outside the applicable game or app, are non-transferable unless we state otherwise, and may be modified, suspended, or removed if we detect abuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized platforms. Pricing, billing, and refunds are governed by the policies of the platform where you made the purchase.

To request a refund, follow the refund process provided by Apple or Google. We do not control platform refund decisions but may assist with support requests where appropriate.

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or harm others; upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services; cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or use unauthorized third-party tools; scrape or harvest data from the Services without permission; impersonate Mydle Studio or our team; or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may investigate violations and take action, including removing content, suspending accounts, or terminating access to the Services.

All content in the Services—including games, code, art, audio, trademarks, logos, and website design—is owned by Mydle Studio or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property. Feedback you submit may be used by us without obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (such as app stores, social networks, or analytics providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Services at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mydle Studio and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the relevant product in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mydle Studio from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue a product. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
